Guinness Blended Fashion, Performance and Cultural Pride into One Defining AMVCA Moment

The AMVCA has always been a celebration of the very best in African storytelling and this year, for the 12th edition, Guinness owned the celebration and helped create memorable moments. As a lead sponsor alongside headline sponsor, Don Julio, Guinness threw its weight heavily into the activities.

The Guinness Most Rated Best Dressed Award gave the public the power to crown their favourite looks of the night and Nigerians took that responsibility seriously. Over 25,000 Votes poured in for the most memorable male and female outfits on the carpet, and when the results came through, Sultana and Faith from the last BBNaija season were the undisputed winners. Both women arrived dressed with intention, elegance and the kind of confidence that makes an entrance feel like a statement.

The public saw it, voted for it, and Guinness rewarded them each with a ₦1 million prize. Fashion won that night, and so did they.The Guinness Black Carpet created an immersive space where style could be seen, captured and celebrated.
