Earlier, Legit.ng had reported how three Italian clubs namely Juventus, Inter Milan and Roma are interested in the signing of Manchester United forward Juan Mata whose future at Old Trafford is gradually coming to an end.

Juan Mata's current contract with Manchester United will be expiring at the end of the ongoing Premier League season and the club's chiefs have not discussed another deal with him.

The Red Devils have an option to give Juan Mata 12-month extension on his current deal, but lack of active games so far may deny the Spaniard such chance.

So far this year, the former Chelsea star has played only eight games for Manchester United in all competitions as the Red Devils sit second on the Premier League table.
