Just recently, she took to her Instagram page to talk to her fans and followers about failure and how essential it is to life and success.

Tonto added that people who survive failure gain 'irreplaceable knowledge and unstoppable perseverance born from overcoming hardship'.

She wrote:

"Failure is an essential part of life/Success. Failure is not a step backwards; it’s an excellent stepping stone to success."

According to her, people can only learn to leave their comfort zone if they overcome their fear of failure.

She said most companies are deliberate when hiring as they go for employees who have track records of both failure and success. The actress added:

"That’s because someone who survives failure has gained irreplaceable knowledge and the unstoppable perseverance born from overcoming hardship. Never be afraid to fail, be afraid of quitting."
