Nigerian celebrity couple Adekunle Gold and his wife Simi recently caught the attention of members of the internet community after they openly teased one another.

The drama between the much-loved couple had started after Simi shared a post on her official account on the microblogging platform, Twitter.

Simi in her tweet had disclosed her complete dislike for a popular Yoruba soup known as ‘gbegiri’. The soup is made from beans and is mostly eaten alongside another yam flour meal known as ‘amala’.

"Gbegiri is disgusting. Discuss," the Love Don’t Care crooner’s post read.
