Every Nigerian Do Something Positive Development Initiative, on Tuesday, June 19, during a protest said urged the federal government to redeploy the police to curb terror attacks of Boko Haram and herdsmen in the country.

Senate President Bukola Saraki has been dragged before a Federal High Court in Lagos by Debo Adeleke, a lawyer based in the state, for declaring Inspector-General of Police Ibrahim Idris unfit to hold public office in Nigeria.

A nurse identified as Yetunde Bello has been arraigned at the Ogba magistrate court in Lagos for allegedly torturing her 10-year-old housemaid with a hot iron. She was arraigned in court and the case was adjourned till July 4.
