Osaze's Fraudster Gets 2-Yr Suspended Sentence

A British woman, an alleged "lifestyle coach", who defrauded Stoke City forward Peter Osaze Odemwingie so as 6 more people of £80,000 (£70,000 according to the previous reports), has pledged to pay them back.

Claire Duke confessed to 7 frauds and opened up to Stafford Crown Court how she had charged clients for holidays and flights but used the money for herself.

Moreover, she passed her "sincere apologies" to all the victims.

It would be recalled that the renowned footballer lost the amount of £22,000 due to the woman's illegal activities.

Meanwhile Justice accepted the claim that Duke’s business had encountered difficulties and had not been set up or designed as a fraud from the outset.

The affected parties' money have been reportedly "shifted in different directions" by Duke, the judge said.

The woman was given a 2-year suspended sentence.
