2027 Election: Primate Ayodele Speaks on 2 Aspirants That Can Sack Tinubu, 'Prophecy' Goes Viral

Oke Afa, Lagos state - Primate Elijah Ayodele, spiritual head of the spiritual head of the Inri Evangelical Spiritual Church, Lagos, has said two presidential aspirants can stop President Bola Tinubu's reelection in 2027.

Primate Ayodele spoke recently in a viral video posted on his church's Facebook page, seen by Legit.ng.

Primate Ayodele's 'prophecy' on 2027 election

According to the cleric, the presidential hopefuls can emerge from the African Democratic Congress (ADC) and also stop Atiku Abubakar from becoming the president.

He said:

“Two candidates can come out in the ADC that can stop Atiku not to become president. They can stop Atiku not to win the ADC ticket."

Primate Ayodele added:

"And these two people, they can even stop Tinubu not to become president. They are three, but they are two now.”

Legit.ng reports that since the formal adoption of the ADC by the opposition politicians in early July, mixed reactions have trailed the creation of the alliance.

Among the anti-Tinubu coalition leaders are former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, Rotimi Amaechi, a former transportation minister; Peter Obi, presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP) in the 2023 elections; Nasir El-Rufai, former Kaduna governor; and John Oyegun, former chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Others include Sule Lamido, ex-governor of Jigawa; Uche Secondus, former PDP national chairman; Babangida Aliyu, former governor of Niger state; Sam Egwu, former governor of Ebonyi; Aminu Tambuwal, former governor of Sokoto; and Liyel Imoke, former governor of Cross River, among others.

Later in July, Atiku, a founding member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), resigned from the party. He is expected to officially join the ADC.

Ayodele warns Tinubu against youth protests

In the same vein, Primate Ayodele said before the 2027 election, Nigerian youths would protest.

Ayodele stated that the protest may affect President Tinubu's chances of getting reelected in the 2027 poll.

His words:

“The government of Tinubu, you have not gotten the youth matter right. If you don’t do the needful, I’m seeing youth protests. Before that election, youths would protest and that can affect your reelection."

Earlier, Legit.ng reported that Primate Ayodele said Nigerians will know if President Tinubu will win or lose the 2027 election on Wednesday, October 1, 2025.

According to the cleric, the picture concerning the likely winner of the 2027 election will not be known in 2026.
