Breaking: Sanwo-Olu wins polling unit
Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, the governorship candidate of All Progressive Congress (APC) in Lagos state, has reportedly won his polling unit.
Sanwo-Olu, who voted at the Lateef Jakande/Femi Okunnu ward 019 polling unit in Ikoyi, cruised to a comfortable victory to defeat his close challenger, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP)'s Jimi Agbaje, The Nation reports.

Legit.ng gathers that Sanwo-Olu scored 124, while Jimi Agbaje scored 26 votes to lose the unit to his APC challenger.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng earlier reported that Babajide Sanwo-Olu defeated Haleemat Busari, the running mate to the People Democratic Party gubernatorial candidate, Jimi Agbaje, in her polling unit.
Sanwo-Olu scored 40 against Busari's 15 votes at the 021 polling unit of Ward A, Unit 021 in Adekunle Anglican Primary School, Makoko, Lagos.
In the House of Assembly, APC polled 41 against PDP’S 13. She and her husband voted at the unit several hours earlier, some minutes after 11am.
