A Nigerian man got an interesting letter from his wife, who decided to appreciate him in writing.

The man's wife gave birth months ago and he has been the one looking after her and the baby.

In a post he shared on Facebook, the man, Kelvin Onovo, displayed the content of the letter.

He said:

"Appreciation letter from SGM to me after we successfully completed 3 Months Omugwo. She kept calling me upstairs, shouting “baby come, baby come.” When I finally came up, I saw this on my bed. I was about to write a long episode trying to tell fellow finished men that if you receive this type of letter say God don bless you until I read the last lines. Why are women like this? I even thought something would happen tonight after the appreciation."

In the letter, the man's wife said she was glad to have a husband who cared for her greatly.

However, at the end of the letter, she made a request of N50,000.

She wrote:

"The price of my heart, my crown. I just want to say thank you for loving me right. Thank you for pampering me silly these put 3 months of Omugwo. As you continue to pamper me, may (oud alinyany continue to shower you with unending blessings for all the fishermen soup you bought for me. Please can you dash me 50kpa, You Girl is legal. Thank's for. May you live long."

Earlier, Legit.ng reported that a concerned father displayed the love letter written by his 8-year-old son, which was found in the latter’s school bag.

The content of the letter made it go viral on X, as the father sought advice on how to deal with the issue.

Many people who came across the video reacted to the choice of words used by the boy in his letter and his fine handwriting.
