Phrank Shaibu is the Special Assistant on Public Communications to former Vice President Atiku Abubakar and Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (2023). He has held roles as a Media Consultant to former Delta State Governor Dr Emmanuel Uduaghan, served as an Adviser to former Kogi State Governor Ibrahim Idris, and assumed the role of Chief Communications Manager for former Kogi State Governor Idris Wada.
