Grenada CBI Gains Investor Confidence as Nigerian Advisory Firm Confirms On-Site Progress

According to Mrs Winnie, the visit provided clear evidence of active construction and project viability.

“What I saw on ground was not speculation, it was progress,” she said. “The site is active, with over 100 workers engaged daily. This is a real, advancing development backed by proper approvals and credible developers.”

In recent months, the firm has observed a surge in misleading claims from unqualified intermediaries questioning the legitimacy of approved projects under Grenada’s CBI framework, particularly the Grenada National Resort. This has led to confusion among prospective investors and, in some cases, misplaced scepticism about the programme itself.

Winnie emphasised that such narratives are not only inaccurate but potentially damaging to investor confidence.

“The real risk for investors today is not the programme, it is misinformation,” she stated. “Grenada’s CBI Programme remains one of the most structured and transparent in the Caribbean, with strict requirements that only government-approved projects, such as those developed by reputable firms like Hensheng, qualify.”

Grenada’s CBI Programme allows investors to obtain citizenship through approved real estate investments, offering visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to over 140 countries, alongside opportunities for wealth diversification and intergenerational legacy planning.
