In the clip she expressed disbelief at the condition of the stairway that was meant to serve the upper level of the apartment.
The steps looked extremely narrow and there were no safety rails present around the entire staircase.
According to her, the structure looked temporary and incomplete, as though it had been put together without proper planning.
She also mentioned that the agent claimed the work was still ongoing and that the final version would not resemble what was currently in place.

In her words:
"POV: You went house hunting and your agent showed you this duplex. Lagos agents will show you shege. Apparently the stairs is still under construction, it won’t remain like that."
Commenting on the story, Chekwube, a Lagos-based resident, said she had gone through a lot before finding a house.
She said:
"Normally agent should make the house hunting easier but it's not so o. They will frustrate you sometimes. Showing you houses against what you told them you want. And the worst part is that they charge even for site seeing when they are aware that it's not even what you want."

"When someone is struggling to climb a stair and struggling to come down,just know the stair flights are wrong,the flight is not even accurate, stair flights must adhere to strict building regulations. The space in between the risers & tread-are meant to be 100mm-150mm, that’s a safe stair."
@Surprise of nursefashionist added:
"I can’t go climp this stairs o. I have serious phobia for height. How will I even come down in case I am able to go up. I go just Dey leave there until they finish construction."
