Building good foundation

She (@mrsandrea798) showed when the foundation of the house started. A look at it suggested that the foundation was well raised from the ground.

Before the building reached the roofing level, the man had already fenced the property for safety and to prevent possible encroachment from neighbours.

The house was roofed with long-span aluminum sheets. After the building's construction was complete, he used tiles on the lower part of the building to prevent it from soaking up water and producing a moat.

Its compound was floored and interlocked to prevent waterlogging of the ground and prevent his well from getting flooded.

All the rooms in the house were en-suites and tiled. The installation in the toilets showed the man must have spent extra to achieve luxury.

Fenced property with painted exterior

The lady shared another video to properly show the exterior of the building. Its fence was painted, and security barbed wires were installed atop it.

A building expert, Gbenga Muritala, who saw the clip, commended the man for flooring his compound as soon as possible.
