She explained that the change was necessary to avoid issues on the day she was scheduled to write.
The student, identified as @Wbraider on TikTok, made it clear that her examination was set for the first day at half past six in the morning.
Because of that timing and the uncertainty around entry requirements, she decided to remove the tint from her hair.
She said the examination body did not permit tinted hair, so she took steps to comply rather than risk problems.
She voiced frustration about the situation and admitted the whole process annoyed her.
At the same time, she pointed out that the rules for the examination were unpredictable.
She did not want to find herself pleading with officials for permission to sit the paper.
To prevent that scenario, she chose to alter her appearance in advance.

The clip showed her in the act of loosening the hair with an unhappy countenance.
She lamented about having to make the adjustment, stating that it was only due to her forthcoming exam.
