Somtochukwu, 29, lost her life during a robbery incident at her abode in the Katampe area of Abuja in the wee hours of Monday, September 29.

On August 14, Somtochuwku, who identifies as a feminist, tweeted a prayer from the depths of her heart that may Nigeria not happen to her or anyone she cares about. Her tweet read:
"I pray from the depth of my heart that Nigeria never happens to me or anyone I care about."
It seemed her fears had become a reality.

According to the X user's post, there was an armed robbery in her compound at Katampe, Abuja, in the early hours of Monday, September 29. During the chaos, Somtochukwu reportedly fell from a three-storey building and was left unconscious.
The story alleged that her family members pleaded with the police officers who arrived at the scene to help take her to the hospital.
