Victor Osimhen, Onuachu, Ezekiel leave Lagos isolation center after 14-days quarantine

- Victor Osimhen has been released from the Lagos isolation center

- This was after spending 14 days as a result of entering Nigeria from France

- Paul Onuachu and Imoh Ezekiel were also quarantined

Super Eagles trio of Victor Osimhen, Paul Onuachu and Imoh Ezekiel have reportedly been freed at Lagos isolation center after spending 14 days because of deadly coronavirus.

The whole world have been battling to cope with the threat and agony coronavirus has brought in which many people have been killed while countless are being quarantined.

Authorities in Nigeria then made an order for people who are entering the country to first isolate themselves for 14 days before they can go to their various destinations.

On May 24, Victor Osimhen took to social media to confirm the death of his father stressing that his demise has brought pain to him and other family members.

French giants Lille then granted Victor Osimhen compassionate leave for him to travel to Nigeria and see his family for them to arrange the burial of their father.

Lille provided a private jet that took Victor Osimhen together with Paul Onuachu and Imoh Ezekiel directly to Murtala Airport in Lagos.

They have however been released this last Monday according to reports which is an indication that none of them has the virus that is troubling the world.

After the cancellation of the French Ligue for the 2019/20 season, Lille named Victor Osimhen as their player of the season netting 18 goals.

Earlier, Legit.ng had reported how Victor Osimhen who currently plays for Lille in the French Ligue 1 dismissed reports that he has agreed deal to join Italian giants Napoli this summer.

Before Covid-19 stopped the League in France, Victor Osimhen was in superb form for the side scoring good goals which makes him a target for top European sides.

This led to some reports that the Super Eagles star has agreed to join Napoli this summer in which the player himself has now responded.

Victor Osimhen explained that he has not agreed any deal with any club stressing that he would have made it known if he had done that.

Osimhen joined Lille before the start of the 2019/20 season in Europe as replacement for Nicolas Pepe who has joined Arsenal in a big move.

And since he joined Lille, the club chiefs have not regretted spending money on his transfer as Osimhen has been impressive.
