Nigerian father protests in the middle of the road to save his sick son's life (photos, video)

- A Nigerian father has taken to the middle of the road to his save his sick son's life

- The man's son a baby identified as Beniah reportedly has sixty-days to live

- He claimed to have written to the Rivers state government house to ask for help, but he was ignored

Lexy Mueka, a Nigerian man, has narrated a sad incident he witnessed in Rivers state. The man revealed that he had met a man protesting the middle of the road to save his baby boy's life after he was ignored by the government.

Mueka who shared the story with photos and videos on Facebook, revealed that the father was hold his son in the middle of the road while crying for help from the Rivers state government.

The Facebook user explained that the little boy was born with holes in his heart and he needs surgery to live. It was also reported that the baby identified as Beniah has only sixty-days to live.

According to Mueka, the man had written a letter to the Rivers state government, asking for financial assistance. He noted that there had been no response after the letter was sent.

The father who is desperate to save his son decided to take action by going to the government house himself but he was reportedly dragged out by security men.

Mueka said the father believes that his letter was not given to Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers state because he believes he would have received the financial assistance he needs if the governor received the letter.

Beniah needs fifteen million naira for his heart surgery.
