Liverpool manager Arne Slot has called out a player for his actions shortly before Crystal Palace netted a late winner against the Reds.
The reigning Premier League champions suffered their first loss of the season, falling to a 2-1 defeat at Selhurst Park on Saturday afternoon.
Palace took the lead as early as the ninth minute courtesy of a fine finish by Ismaila Sarr, in what was his fifth goal against Liverpool in eight career appearances.

Despite having the likes of Mohamed Salah, Florian Wirtz and Alexander Isak upfront, the Reds failed to equalise until the 87th minute when Federico Chiesa found the back of the net.

However, it was not even done yet as summer transfer target Marc Guehi had other plans when he flicked the ball towards Eddie Nketiah, who grabbed a stoppage-time winner.
The goal saw the Eagles move to second position on the standings, three points behind league leaders Liverpool, who have now tasted their first defeat of the season.
Several fans criticised Ibrahima Konate after the game, following his poor outing as he was replaced by Jeremie Frimpong in the 74th minute.
After the game, Slot had his verdict on his team's performance, but appeared to have blamed one of his players for the defeat.
The Dutchman said via SPORTbible:
"One of our players decided to run out because he wanted to play a counter-attack, which was of no use because time was up, so it was only about defending.
"Maybe we were too offensively minded. Not we, one player, was too offensively minded in that moment, which led to them scoring the winner, us losing the game.”

The tactician did not directly name and shame the player; however, Salah was the only Liverpool player not defending his penalty area when Palace netted the stoppage-time winner.
Slot added:
"One of our players decided to run out because he wanted to play a counterattack, which was of no use because time was up!"
The Liverpool manager also dismissed the notion that his side had conceded two goals from set pieces, to which he replied via Daily Mail:
"No… Today, they had more than only two set-piece goals. They didn't score more, but they had chances from open play, from transition.
"So, there were more things not to like today than only defending set-pieces. The good thing was that in the other moments, Alisson saved us."
