In a post shared on her official Facebook page on Friday, September 12, Lady Helen Eno Obareki described the celebrity chef as an inspiration to millions of young girls in Nigeria and beyond.

Lady Helen Eno Obareki, through her office, wrote:

"I extend my heartfelt felicitations to the phenomenal Hilda Baci over her audacious attempt to set yet another Guinness World Record by cooking the world's largest pot of Nigerian jollof rice.
"Since your grand announcement to the world two years ago, precisely in May 2023, when you became a household name, you have become an inspiration to millions of young girls across Nigeria and beyond."

Speaking further, Lady Helen Eno Obareki commended Hilda Baci for her dedication and desire to further expand the global frontiers of innovation and passion in culinary mastery.

Earlier, Legit.ng reported that the federal government commended celebrity chef Hilda Baci for her ongoing attempt to set a new Guinness World Record (GWR) by cooking the world’s largest pot of jollof rice in Lagos.

Minister of Information and National Orientation, Mohammed Idris, who delivered the government’s commendation, described Baci’s effort as “another demonstration of Nigeria’s global excellence.”
