Pastor Enoch Adeboye, the general overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), has lost his son, Pastor Dare Adeboye, to the cold hands of death.

The deceased, 42, who was said to be the third son of the revered cleric, died in his sleep on Wednesday, May 5, in Eket, Akwa Ibom state.

In other news, the RCCG has announced that it will organise a 2 million man interdenominational prayer day for Nigeria.

The event is expected to hold at the RCCG Central Parish, Wuse, in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja on Sunday, May 9.

The general overseer, Pastor Adeboye, and other anointed ministers are expected to grace the occasion.
