Former Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) housemate, Nengi, was among those in the entertainment industry who came out to show support for comedian, Ayo Makun, for the 2021 edition of his comedy show.

The reality star alongside AY and Brodda Shaggi gave an interesting performance on stage and some lines rendered by Nengi have caught the attention of many.

During the performance, Nengi clamped down on AY who was trying to woo her. The reality star submitted that she does not need a man as she owns her own house and bought it with her hard-earned money.

This was followed by the ex-Lockdown housemate noting that any man who can boast of giving her money for the house should speak up or face punishment from God.

Although rendered during a stage performance, Nengi seemed to have been addressing trolls who accused her of getting sponsorship from men to acquire her Lekki mansion. The house cost the young lady about N75 million.

In a related story, Legit.ng reported that fellow ex-Lockodwn housemate, Ka3na received backlash over a tweet she made about buying her house.

Ka3na’s post came shortly after Nengi had taken to social media to announce she had got her first home. In her Twitter post, Ka3na stated that she got her own house with her hard-earned money and before BBNaija.

However, several people slammed the Lockdown star, considering her tweet a shade directed at Nengi.
