It is not unusual to see couples take to social media to gush over their spouses but a Nigeria man's attempt to do so has got social media users divided.
The man identified as Dr Stephen Akintayo had taken to social media to shower encomiums on his wife who he described as a virtuous woman.
In the post which was made on Linkedln on Sunday, February 7, 2021, seen by Legit.ng, Akintayo urged his followers to join him in celebrating his wife just as he called on other ladies to see his wife as a role model.
He said women should give their husbands peace of mind if they want him to love them as there are no better men out there and that all men have their flaws.

The investment coach and entrepreneur went on to share some rules that had helped shape his marriage to see his wife as his 'biggest asset in the world'.
Akintayo stated that he doesn't engage in a negative exchange of words with his wife, neither is a third party allowed to interfere in their marriage.
"Women, please learn from My Wife, If you want your Husband to Love you, Give him Peace! There is no better man out there. We all have our flaws. We just choose to see the good and blind our eyes to the weakness.
"The courtship is when you where to shine your eye, once you enter the marriage speak good and not evil. You will never hear Me and My Wife Speak negative of each other on social media or to others. We didn't marry social media or friends and family.
"We marry each other. No third party is welcome to direct our marriage , not even My father is permitted. The two shall become one and not the 3 or 4 or with their extended family. Marriage is for mature people, you are not mattered enough, don't do it!"
However, his love post generated mixed reactions among Nigerians.
Adebimpe Lawal-Jolaoso disagreed with his statement that there is no better husband out there. She said:
"What do you mean there is no better man out there? I was once married to a chronic Narcisst and spent the worst and darkest days of my life with him until I summoned the courage to save myself.
"Fast forward to 4 years later and me taking another chance at love, I now know CLEARLY all men are NOT the same. If I had listened to such misleading statements I would've been trapped in hell without knowing I could get a million times better!
"People are not the same! Let's not justify evil with such erroneous and fallacious statements! If you have a character flaw, work on it and stop assuming the rest of your gender are just as flawed.
"As for the rest of your message... kudos to your wife."
Benjamin I. Adindu cautioned Akintayo saying that his words may come back to haunt him.
"Pls take it easy, this advise is like one of those statements you'll get/hear from Police officers.
"Kindly keep shut, because whatever you say, will be used against you in a law court.
"I'll sincerely advise you to allow your wife to advise her fellow women herself. Don't be the messenger on this kind of matter. Thank you."
Another user Kaka Nneka had an opposing view, She commented:
"Great piece. But what about the man, the husband giving his wife peace too...?"
