- A Nigerian lady, Aisha Aliyu, has said that independent women must see submission as an important thing in their marriages
- Aisha said no matter how a woman thinks she can stand alone, respect for her husband should not be overlooked
- While many praised her, saying she has spoken the truth, others said that the teaching is an old one in this present age
A Nigerian lady identified as Aisha Aliyu has caused a massive stir on Twitter after she tweeted about relationships and what wives must do.
The lady said women must always submit to their husbands, even when they are independent in every way.
In sharing the piece of 'advice', the lady attached two pictures that show her in a full hijab. Many who commented on her post were polarised in their arguments.
While some threw their weights behind her, others wondered why a woman must always have to be defined by what she does to a man or not.
