Keyamo at 50: Buhari thanks minister for his contributions to nation building

THe Nigerian president, Muhammadu Buhari has sent best wishes to Festus Keyamo, the minister of state, labour and employment, over his 50th birthday.

Buhari in a statement on Tuesday, January 21, through Garba Shehu, his senior special assistant, hailed Keyamo for his many years of contributions to the nation as a lawyer and human rights activist.

The Nigerian leader told the minister to continue in his selfless service to the nation and to keep inspiring the younger generation to follow the same path of honour.

Meanwhile, the governor of Kogi state, Yahaya Bello of has felicitated with Chief Festus Keyamo, SAN, on the occasion of his 50th birthday anniversary.

Bello described the minister of state for labour and productivity as one of the nation's finest legal icons and a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) per excellence.

n another report, Festus Keyamo, has been described as an unserious party by Festus Keyamo, the minister of state for labour and productivity.

He was referring to the rejection of the verdict of the Supreme Court on the election of the former governor of Imo, Emeka Ihedioha, Channels TV reports.

Speaking at Ughelli, Delta state on Wednesday, January 15, Keyamo said that the PDP is a party which is only willing to give but never ready to get from the country's judicial system.
