Dbanj breaks silence, thanks everyone who commiserated with him on the loss of his son

In a sad turn of events, Nigerian talented singer Dapo Oyebanjo, popularly known as Dbanj, had lost his one-year-old son on Sunday, June 24. The singer who has been silent since the tragedy final breaks his silence.

Legit.ng had reported that the little boy, Daniel Oyebanjo III, had drowned in a pool at the residence of the Oyebanjos in Ikoyi area of Lagos state.

At the early hours of Wednesday, July 7, the singer shared a message on his Instagram page thanking everyone who supported him and sent in condolence messages during the sad period.

Dbanj expressed that he,his wife Didi and the rest of his family were awed by the demonstration of love and care they received from friends and fans. He prayed that God bless them for their support.

The singer and his wife Didi had welcomed Daniel Oyebanjo III in May, 2017. The couple got married in a quiet celebration on July 2, 2016.

Daniel Oyebanjo III was the first child and son to be brought into the world by Dbanj and Didi. May his soul rest in perfect peace. Amen!
