Late Dowen College student, Sylvester Oromoni’s death has been met with widespread mourning. The young boy reportedly died as a result of bullying at the hands of seniors at his secondary school.

The late Sylvester died just a few days to his 12th birthday and his big brother, Great Oromoni, took to social media to pen down an emotional tribute.

In the touching note, Great noted that Sylvester was his only little brother and he begged him to please come back.

The mourning Great added that he had gotten the late Sylvester the game he wanted for his birthday gift but would no longer have the chance to give it to him.

He went ahead to share some of his good times with Sylvester and how they bonded as brothers and play mates.

In his words:

“My only little brother ❤️. I got you the game you wanted for your birthday, I was gonna send it to Nigeria for you but I can’t anymore.
Just come back please. I don’t think you’ve left, so please just come back. Who’s gonna disturb me now ehn? This one hits me differently cuz we were a team.”

Also in the emotional note, Great explained that he and Sylvester were always together and he really misses him. The bereaved added that he just really wants his brother back because without Sylvester there is no him.

He wrote:

“We were always together, it was impossible for people to see me without seeing you. This one hits different. I would always dress you up before outings, we’d take showers together, we ate together, everything. It’s your birthday today and I just really miss you my lovely boy. I just want you back, cuz without you there’s no me.”

Tonto Dikeh takes flowers to Dowen school gate to honour Sylvester

Popular Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh, has mourned late Dowen College student, Sylvester Oromoni, in a very touching way on his 12th birthday.

Sylvester was reportedly a victim of bullying at the hands of seniors at his school and he died just a few days to his birthday as a result of the torture meted out on him. The young boy would have clocked 12 on December 4, 2021, and Tonto Dikeh honoured his memory.

The actress had a bouquet of flowers and a teddy bear taken to Dowen College school gate on the late Sylvester’s birthday.
