A comedian Mmesoma Mercy Obi popularly called Ada Jesus is critically ill as her friends and family have taken to social media to call for help.

According to a post by one lady called Ella Ada on Facebook, Ada Jesus has a kidney problem and has been admitted to the hospital.

Ella called on her fans and followers to pray that nothing negative happens to the comedian.

She said:

"Please pray for Ada Jesus, she's really sick and has a kidney problem, she has been admitted to hospital. Please let's pray for her Ada nothing will happen to you in Jesus name amen."

For the people doubting her message about Ada Jesus, Ella shared a video that has now been deleted. She called for financial assistance to support her surgery outside the country.

In other news, Legit.ng earlier reported that actor Emem Ufot expressed gratitude as he survived a ghastly accident on Val's Day.

The actor said he almost lost his life on Sunday, February 14, to a ghastly motor accident.

Emem stated that he was involved in an accident that was widely reported in national newspapers. The accident killed four people while the other 10 passengers escaped.
