As cases of the novel coronavirus continue to rise in Nigeria, the federal government has been up and doing in making sure that the spread of the virus is contained in other to prevent any more cases.
Sadly, most of the cases of infected persons in the country were recorded in Lagos state, and it appears the state government is now taking more stringent measures to protect the life of citizens.
Just recently, Legit.ng sighted a video on photo sharing app, Instagram, which suggested that fumigation of the streets has commenced in the state.

Recall that just some days ago, the governor of Lagos, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, announced a 14-days mandatory self-quarantine period for government workers. This was also followed by an announcement that markets across the state will commence lock down from Thursday, March 26.
It appears against the commencement of the complete lock down on Thursday, the streets are now being properly disinfected to curtail the spread of the deadly virus.
In the video spotted by Legit.ng, some fully kitted environmental workers were spotted at the popular Stadium bus-stop in Lagos, fumigating the area.
