Chelsea have reportedly identified up to 10 star players to be offloaded as Thomas Tuchel prepares for a summer shakeup.
The Blues secured their second Champions League title on Saturday, May 29, after seeing off Man City in Portugal, but they will not be resting on their laurels with the club now plotting major changes to their squad.
Whereas the core of the team that fired the side to European glory will remain largely unaffected, Metro UK reports there are a number of deadwood players Chelsea want to ship out.
According to The Athletic, the duo of Fikayo Tomori and Olivier Giroud headline a list of players to leave, with AC Milan already in talks to sign both players.

Tomori enjoyed a brilliant spell in Milan this season while on loan with the club, while Giroud is expected to join the Italian giants on a free transfer.
Joining the pair on the chopping board is Kurt Zouma who has been underutilised under Thomas Tuchel as the German feels the defender does not fit his style of play.
Another high-profile player expected to be on the move is Tammy Abraham who was snubbed from matchday squads for both the Champions League and FA Cup finals.
Tuchel is already understood to be keen on a new no.9, a move that will further spell doom on Abraham's future at Stamford Bridge.
Other players set to be sold include Ross Barkley, Emerson Palmieri, Tiemoue Bakayoko, Danny Drinkwater, David Zappacosta and Michy Batshuayi.
