Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta has revealed David Luiz could be out for the remainder of the season through injury.

Arteta made the revelation in the wake of his side's 3-0 defeat in the hands of Liverpool on Saturday, April 3, at the Emirates.

Luiz played no role in the clash, with the defender's last appearance for the Gunners coming in his side's epic 3-3 draw with West Ham just before the international break.

Legit.ng also reported that Mikel Arteta has said he is taking the blame as his side's fell to a 3-0 disappointing defeat to Liverpool at the Emirates on the evening of Saturday, April 3.

The north Londoners were without a host of key players for this particular clash, with Bukayo Saka, Emile Smith Rowe, David Luiz and Granit Xhaka all missing.

However, rather than attribute his side's defeat to the absence of the four important squad members, Arteta has said he is to blame for the weekend result.
