Man United star hits back at racists on following draw with Arsenal

- The Man United striker was attacked on social media following their goalless draw against Arsenal

- Anthony Martial and Axel Tuanzebe also experienced racial abuses after United lost to Man City

Marcus Rashford has hit back at racist comments targetted against after ManUnited played out a 0-0 draw with Arsenal at the Emirates, The Sun.

The 23-year-old played the entire 90 minutes of the game as both sides failed to find the back of the net.

The England international revealed on his Twitter handle that some fans made vile racist comments and he stood bravely against the trolls.

"Humanity and social media at its worst. Yes I’m a black man and I live every day proud that I am.
"No one, or no one comment, is going to make me feel any different. So sorry if you were looking for a strong reaction, you’re just simply not going to get it here

United could drop to third position in less than four days if Leicester City beat Leeds United and Liverpool could also close the gap against their rivals to one point if they get the better of West Ham.

And the Red Devils' next game would be against Tottenham at north London, having lost 6-2 to Jose Mourinho's men during the first half of the season.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that Anthony Martial and Axel Tuanzebe have been targeted with racist abuse following Man United's defeat to Sheffield United at Old Trafford, The Sun.

Martial and Tuanzebe were attacked on their respective social media account with several racist comments and symbols used by fans.

The French striker played the entire duration of the match while Tuanzebe deflected home the Blades match-winner by Oliver Burke and was substituted in the 82nd minute.
