The African Action Congress (AAC) has warned that the recent repatriation of almajiris across Nigeria is spreading the dreaded COVID-19 across the country.

UNICEF on Tuesday, May 5 warned that internally displaced children – including in Nigeria - are among the world’s most vulnerable to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila on Friday, September 20 in Abuja, donated drugs worth over N60 million to the Borno government for onward distribution to the victims of insurgency in the state.

The move was revealed by its founder, Senator Rochas Anayo Okorocha, who led other members of the Foundation to the Durumi IDPs camp where it handed food and other supplies to the inhabitants of the camp.

The young man, who is an amputee, took to Twitter to seek help from Nigerians in other to get new crutches for his movement. The man also shared photos of himself to show Nigerians his amputated leg.
