Former governor of Kano state and presidential aspirant on the platform of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) was, once again, jeered with the shouts of “Sai Buhari” at the Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport, Abuja.

Some members of the Reformed All Progressives Congress (R-APC) and supporters of Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso in Edo state have dumped the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC). They dumped the ruling party on Thursday, August 9.

About 589,000 members of the All Progress Congress (APC) in Edo state, led by their chairman and coordinator, Chief John Osamede Adun and Harrison Omagbon respectively, have announced their defection from the ruling party.

One man in celebration of Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso’s defection from the All Progressives Congress (APC) to the Peoples Democratic Party. Kwankwaso was one of 14 lawmakers who defected from the APC on the floor of the Senate.

Mallam Ibrahim Shekarau, a former governor of Kano state, says the defection of his successor, Senator Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso, from All Progressives Congress (APC) to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) is a welcome idea.
