Quit Now And Go For More Money, Peterside Idah Advises Keshi

Former Super Eagles goalkeeper, Peterside Idah, has urged the head coach of the Nigerian national football team, Stephen Keshi, to quit his job now and go to a country where he would get more money.

The South African-based goalie-turned-pastor made this statement on his twitter handle moments ago, saying now is the right time for the 'Big Boss', as Keshi is popularly called by his fans in Nigeria, to quit coaching the Nigerian team.

Idah advised the former coach of Togo and Mali not to let anyone stop him from resigning his appointment with the Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, saying he should go now and come back later for honour.

It could be recalled that it was reported on Monday's night, 30 June, 2014, that Keshi had allegedly dumped the Super Eagles after Nigeria was defeated 0-2 by France in the round of 16 of the ongoing 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil.

However, Keshi had gone on social media to deny the claim, saying Coaches don't quit their jobs on the pages of newspapers.

Also, the NFF had released a statement that Keshi still remains the head coach of the Super Eagles.
