The 41-year-old Kaduna born football star Daniel Amokachi is married to Nadia who he met in Tunisia where he won the African Nations Cup, 20 years ago.

Daniel Amokachi is the current assistant coach of the Super Eagles.

Daniel Owefin Amokachi born 30 December 1972 was a striker from 1989 until 2005, starting his career with Ranchers Bees before before joining the Premier League, Everton, as well as Club Bruggue and Besiktas before initially finishing his career in the United states with Major League soccer club Colorado Rapids.

The football star later returned to Nigeria in 2005 to briefly play for Nasarawa United then moved on to Enyimba.
