Ogu also revealed that he was disappointment of not making the World Cup, he said: “God knows best, I leave all to him.”
Ogu plays for Portuguese club Academica de Coimbra, and revealed that even with his problems with the team, he is getting in tune for the next season, but he assured his fans there have been many offers for him.
He said: “I am preparing for the new season but I am just trying to sort myself now with my present club Academica de Coimbra. Concerning offers, yes, there’ve been offers from clubs but for now, none in the papers yet.”
John Ogu had lost his place in the team because Academica de Coimbra were angry at him for leaving the club and going to play for Nigeria in a friendly game last year.
John Ogu had revealed this in a series of tweets the eve before Keshi revealed his 30 man list, Academica de Coimbra had refused to play him all through last season thereby making him unfit to be called up.
