Chelsea are reportedly planning to rival Manchester United for the signature of Borussia Dortmund winger, Jadon Sancho this summer.

The attacker has been heavily linked with a move to Old Trafford but the Blues and Liverpool have now jumped in the chase for the player.

Sancho arrived at Dortmund a few months after Thomas Tuchel left them for Paris Saint Germain in 2017 and the German now appears to bring the player to Stamford Bridge.

The publication further reveals that the player's price has dropped following Dortmund's refusal to accept any less than £100 million last summer amid interest from United.

However, the value of the Englishman seems to have dropped to £78 million owing to the financial crisis caused by the outbreak of COVID-19 - meaning Chelsea could also make a move for him.

The London club was initially chasing Erling Haaland but the Norwegian appears to be out of reach while former striker Romelu Lukaku could cost the Blues around £105million this summer.

Although, Tuchel has plenty of options out wide with the likes of Timo Werner, Christian Pulisic, and Callum Hudson-Odoi including Kai Havertz and Hakim Ziyech.

Sancho has been with Dortmund since 2017 when he made the move from Manchester City's youth setup, since making 101 Bundesliga appearances, scoring 36 times.
