French club Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly on the trail of six superstars whose respective contracts will lapse at the end of the season.

Barcelona captain Lionel Messi, Bayern Munich star David Alaba and Liverpool's Georginio Wijnaldum will all see-off their respective contracts at the end of this season.

It was gathered that the French club will be very active in the summer transfer window shopping for the best legs.

Their main target remains Lionel Messi as the Argentine earlier threatened to leave Barcelona, before he was forced to rescind his decision.

And the Argentine could be interested in a move to the French club following Barcelona’s Champions League debacle as they lost 4-1 to the Parisians in the round of 16 first leg.

Versatile Bayern Munich star David Alaba has already confirmed he will be leaving the German champs as a free agent at the end of the season.

Liverpool midfielder Georginio Wijnaldum is also off contract in the summer and the 30-year-old is yet to agree a new deal with the Reds.

And With Barcelona and PSG chasing the defender, Arsenal star Hector Bellerin has reportedly reached an agreement to leave the Emirates Stadium outfit.

Reports have it that the 25-year-old was convinced to stay another year by manager Mikel Arteta after the player said he wanted to leave.

It was gathered that he had requested to leave the club last summer despite that he enjoys very cordial relationship with the team manager

But former Liverpool star John Barnes has blasted the player saying he is one of the reasons the Gunners are not doing well in the English topflight.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng earlier reported that Spanish giants Real Madrid have lavished not less than €300,000 (about N140million) in their attempt to beat rivals Barcelona to reaching 100million Facebook followers.

Both clubs have taken their El Clasico rivalry beyond football as they are now at war as regards who becomes the first to boast of more number of followers on the platform.
