Chioma Omeruah who is a popular Nigerian actress and musician has chosen former Super Eagles captain Austin Jay-Jay Okocha as the man she would pick if being asked to settle down with a footballer.
The 44-year-old who is the daughter of former Nigeria's Minister of Sports Chief Omeruah Emeka has been doing excellently well in the entertainment industry where she has successfully made a name for herself.
While speaking in an interview with PUNCH Online TV show, Chioma who is known as Chigul explained that her lovely dad had years back entertained big Nigerian footballers in his house.
Former Super Eagles stars like Daniel Amokachi, Austin Okocha and Kanu Nwankwo are some who had visited Chief Omeruah in his house when he was the head of the Nigerian Football Federation.
She explained to PUNCH that Austin Okocha would be her choice when asked to pick the footballer she would have loved to pick as a husband.
“It is a tough question but I will go with Jay-Jay because I know him and we relate well He will not dribble me inside the house. Dribbling is for the field.
“My father loved football, national team players used to come to the house: Kanu, Okocha and a whole lot of people.''
Okocha was one of the best Nigerian footballers during his active playing time most especially his superb dribbling styles on the pitch.
The former Hull City star played 73 games for the Super Eagles scoring 14 goals before he retired from football.

Earlier, Legit.ng had reported how embattled Arsenal player Mesut Ozil named former Nigerian international Austin Jay-Jay Okocha as his idol while growing up.
The German star disclosed this during an interactive Q&A session with his followers on Twitter.
Ozil who was born in Germany to a Turkish family said that his favourite club was Fenerbahce as a young chap, where Super Eagles legend Okocha had spent two years.
Okocha who donned the clubs No.10 shirt during his stint with the club remains a clut hero thereafter scoring 34 times in 62 games.
He joined the Turkish outfit in 1996 from Dutch side Eintracht Frankfurt and following his success with Fenerbahce, PSG paid £14 million- an African record fee as at that time for his services.
