Super Eagles star Alex Iwobi who currently plays for Premier League giants Everton has taken to social media to share awesome photo of himself and family members celebrating Christmas.
Christians all over the world always celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ on December 25 of every year which has always been a colourful ceremony.
Alex Iwobi who has been impressive this term for Everton in the Premier League was spotted in joyous mood in the photo he posted with his mother, father and lovely sister.
The former Arsenal star is expected to be in Everton's team that will face Sheffield United in their next Premier League game on Saturday, December 26.
Everton are currently occupying fourth position on the Premier League table with 26 points after 14 games played so far this term.
Iwobi was impressive in Super Eagles' last two games against Sierra Leone in the 2022 African Cup of Nations qualifiers.
Before Alex Iwobi decided to play for the Super Eagles, the Nigeria represented England at Under 16, 17 and 18 level.
And since he started playing for the Super Eagles since 2015, Alex Iwobi has played 44 games for Nigeria scoring nine goals.
He played for Super Eagles at the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia and also the 2019 African Cup of Nations held in Egypt.
Earlier, Legit.ng had reported how Super Eagles defender Zaidu Sanusi won the Portuguese Super Cup with his club FC Porto following their superb victory over Benfica on Wednesday night, December 23.
This will be the 22nd Portuguese Super Cup that FC Porto will be winning in their history and the players were all in joyous momentum after the final whistle.
Zaidu Sanusi was also spotted rejoicing with his teammates after their win over Benfica as the Nigerian also posed with the Super Cup title.
This is the first major trophy Zaidu Sanusi will be winning with Porto following his arrival from another Portuguese side Santa Clara this summer.
So far this season, Zaidu Sanusi has played 15 games for FC Porto in all competitions scoring two goals which is an incredible one for a defender.
The 23-year-old was also recently invited to the Super Eagles of Nigeria by Gernot Rohr for the 2022 African Cup of Nations qualifiers against Sierra Leone.
