- Cristiano Ronaldo is in a relationship with Spanish model Georgina Rodriguez
- She already has a child for the Portuguese legend as they all live together with 3 of Ronaldo’s kids
- CR7’s mum has denied reports that she is not in good terms with her ‘daughter-in-law’
Cristiano Ronaldo’s mother has denied reports that there is a rift between herself and Georgina Rodriguez, her son’s girlfriend, as she further described her as a daughter-in-law.
Dolores Aviero is upset with reports alleging that she stopped talking to Georgina and then went ahead to unfollow her on Instagram.
She rubbished the claims saying she maintains a cordial relationship with the model despite several reports from Portugal.
Ronaldo’s mum praised Georgina for her dislike for controversy as well as her good nature, saying such news was not true. She said as cited in SunSport:
"My dear followers, if I stop following someone I’ve got a direct connection with, it would be very strange and without intention.
“As you know I only use Instagram superficially and I don’t understand all this really. If I stopped following my daughter-in-law and other people it was by accident.
“I must have confused a button without meaning to. Stop making up stories because there’s no rift.”
Only recently, Georgina Rodriguez set out to put smiles on the faces of children in Madrid during a visit to child protection NGO Nuevo Futuro.
She left her base in Turin in Cristiano Ronaldo's Gulfstream G200 worth £20million to hand Christmas gifts to children in Madrid weeks before the day.
The 26-year-old has been working with the organisation for the past three years and played the role of Santa Claus in 2019.
During the lockdown period, the mother of three-year-old Alena generously donated 20,000 face masks to the NGO.
Georgina and Ronaldo are reported to have secretly engaged, but they are yet to officially walk down the aisle.
Meanwhile, Legit.ng earlier reported that Cristiano Ronaldo could be making a sensational swap to his former club Man United as Paul Pogba heads in the opposite direction next summer.
The Frenchman's agent Mino Raiola has recently stated that the solution to Pogba's feud with the Red Devils is for his client to part ways with the Old Trafford outfit in the summer.
According to the Independent's, Miguel Delaney quoted by Sportbible believes the pair's returning to their former clubs is not out of question.
