Chelsea midfielder Jorginho might be unavailable when they take on Manchester United in this weekend's Premier League encounter at Old Trafford.

The 28-year-old was taken off the pitch in the 65th minute during the Blues goalless draw against Sevilla in this midweek's Champions League encounter.

Matteo Kovacic took his place for the remainder of the meeting but it was perceived to be a tactical move rather than an injury concern.

Meanwhile, Frank Lampard is unfazed by Silva's injury concerns after telling Express UK that his defence marshall is okay. He said:

"He has not flagged it, so I think we are okay. I thought Thiago showed the things I have spoken about, his experiences and qualities."

Cesar Azpilicueta played no part in the Blues 0-0 draw against Sevilla two days back, but some quarters felt he was being rested for this weekend's crunch encounter.
