Chelsea midfielder Jorginho might be unavailable when they take on Manchester United in this weekend's Premier League encounter at Old Trafford.
The 28-year-old was taken off the pitch in the 65th minute during the Blues goalless draw against Sevilla in this midweek's Champions League encounter.
Matteo Kovacic took his place for the remainder of the meeting but it was perceived to be a tactical move rather than an injury concern.

Jorginho was said to have played most part of the game with a yellow card after being booked in the 14th minute.
Meanwhile, the former Napoli star is not the only player with injury concerns as Thiago Silva is also doubtful for their fixture against the Red Devils.
The legendary defender had a situation while on duty for his Premier League outfit on Tuesday, October 20.
Meanwhile, Frank Lampard is unfazed by Silva's injury concerns after telling Express UK that his defence marshall is okay. He said:
"He has not flagged it, so I think we are okay. I thought Thiago showed the things I have spoken about, his experiences and qualities."
Cesar Azpilicueta played no part in the Blues 0-0 draw against Sevilla two days back, but some quarters felt he was being rested for this weekend's crunch encounter.
Hakim Ziyech could finally earn his starting berth for Chelsea after being named on the bench once again for the Sevilla clash.
The Morocco international who moved to Stamford Bridge this summer picked up an injury during pre-season but he is now nearing full fitness.
Billy Gilmour is still not available for Frank Lampard as the teenage midfielder is making impressive progress towards full recovery. Lampard said after Sevilla draw:
"Billy is working really well. He’s probably three or four weeks away from his return.
"He’s working outside with the physios at the moment but we hope to integrate him into training with either ourselves or the Under-21s at some point soon.
"We are probably looking at the other side of the next international break with Billy, all being well."
