Sources close to the defender reveals that he is open to a loan move away from the club in a bid to get enough playing time, and also secure his place in the national team ahead of next year's European Championships next summer.

The six-time Premier League winners will however not entertain a loan switch to a direct competitor.

Lampard, during his pre-match conference on Monday, September 28 avoided questions about the player's future despite having two more years on his current deal with them.

The £31 million-rated star has also been linked with a move to West Ham United, Paris Saint-Germain, Barcelona and even Liverpool. Lampard said:

"I wouldn't assume anything. I wouldn't assume Antonio or any players in the squad (are leaving)."

Meanwhile, Jose Mourinho is looking to add depth to his Spurs backline before this transfer window closes.

Legit.ng earlier reported that Antonio Rudiger was left out of the Chelsea squad in the last two matchdays and now reports say Blues’ boss, Frank Lampard is considering a loan deal for the player wanted by French club, PSG.

Latest reports have it that the Ligue 1 outfit is ready to offer the player a season-long loan deal with a possible option to make it permanent.

With the arrival of Brazilian defender Thiago Silva, the Chelsea manager is no longer interested in Rudiger and this has sparked interest in PSG.
