Samuel Chukwueze was impressive during Villarreal’s 2-1 loss to Levante in their final pre-season game on Saturday night, September 5.
It was his side’s fifth pre-season fixture as they prepare ahead of the restart of the forthcoming La Liga season.
The 21-year-old set up Paco Alcacer with a sublime cross for the first goal against Levante in the 30th minute after brilliantly bringing the ball down with his chest.
However, Villarereal could not hold the lead for long as they were stunned five minutes later by Sergio León who headed home the equalizer.

And in the 62nd minute, Levante went 2-1 ahead through José Luis Morales which proved to be the winner.
Recall that Chukwueze on Friday night, August 29, scored an incredible goal for his side Villarreal, but his effort was unable to save them from a 2-1 defeat against Valencia.
After their failure to finish among the top four at the just concluded Spanish La Liga season, Villarreal are currently preparing for the coming term which is 2020/2021 season.
The club's chiefs decided to engage Valencia so as to test the players' level of preparation for the coming League season, but it ended up in a defeat. Samuel Chukwueze gave Villarreal the lead in the ninth minute with a left-footed finish from the edge of the box.
Valencia tried all their best to restore parity before the half time, but they were unable to get the needed goal in the first 45 minutes against Samuel and his teammates.
They however staged a stunning comeback in within 10 minutes thanks to a brace from Uruguayan forward Maximiliano Gomez to give Valencia the victory.
Chukwueze has been involved in all of Villarreal’s pre-season games so far with their next ties coming up against Real Sociedad and Levante.
