Sadio Mane of Liverpool named Premier League player for the month of November

Sadio Mane has been named as the winner for the November 2019 Premier League best player award following his superb performances for the Reds.

Sadio Mane was brilliant in the month of November helping Liverpool to win all their four Premier League games.

The Senegal international provided the assist and also scored the winner in Liverpool's win over Aston Villa and also the third goal in 3-1 win over Manchester City.

He was on the score-sheet again when Liverpool beat Crystal Palace 2-1 away from home.

This will now be the third time that Sadio Mane will be winning the Premier League player of the month award after winning it in August 2017 and March 2019.

Meanwhile, Liverpool are still topping the Premier League standings with 46 points after 16 games played this season.

Last season, the Reds lost the Premier League title to Manchester City on the last day of the term despite losing only one game throughout.

But Jurgen Klopp's men made sure that they did not finish the season trophy-less as they beat League rivals Tottenham in the final of the Champions League.

Earlier, had reported how Liverpool striker Sadio Mane confirmed that he still has superb relationship with teammate Mohamed Salah despite their recent fall out in the Premier League.

In September, the Senegal international was seen livid with Mohamed Salah in Liverpool's win over Burnley due to the Egyptian's failure to pass to him.

Sadio Mane was later substituted in the second half of the match in which fans and many football lovers are of the believe that there is a rift between the two African stars.
