Martin Odegaard has voiced out his disappointment on Arsenal's Premier League defeat against Everton on Monday night, December 6, in which the hosts came back from a goal down to win 2-1.

Virtually all Arsenal fans around the world were disappointed about the defeat against Everton as the Gunners missed the chance to return to top five on the Premier League standings.

Arsenal started the match against Everton impressively knowing the importance of the encounter, but they had to wait until the 45th minute before getting the breakthrough.

Martin Odegaard scored the opener for Arsenal before the half time, and the Gunners fans were in joyous mood thinking that more goals would come in the second half.

However, the hosts came out stronger in the second half and scored two goals through Richarlison in the 80th minute and Demarai Gray who netted at the death.

Gray's goal was an heartbreak for Arsenal fans as he netted at the time when the visitors were expecting the referee to blow the final whistle.

According to the report on GOAL and Mirror, Martin Odegaard explained that Arsenal players are having mindset problem which caused the defeat against Everton.

"I think it is a mindset problem. When you're leading 1-0 you get afraid to lose the win and in my opinion that's what we did wrong today.
“You go for the second goal and that was the intention, but we didn't manage to do that on the pitch."
