Major points of Chelsea vs Man Utd tie

But Aaron Wan-Bissaka was penalised for kicking Thiago Silva while trying to clear the ball, but replays show referee Anthony Taylor made the right decision which infuriated Carrick.

Liverpool humiliate Southampton 4-0

Meanwhile, Liverpool put up a 5-star performance on Saturday afternoon as they humiliated Southampton 4-0, in what could be described as a one-sided affair.

Jurgen Klopp's side began the match on a blazing note and opened the scoring in the 2nd minute following an excellent build-up play straight through the middle as Andrew Robertson pulled back to Diogo Jota who tucked home.

Jota then grabbed a second goal before Thiago Alcantara and Virgil van Dijk sealed the win for the Reds.

Klopp criticises Liverpool stars

Legit.ng earlier reported that Jurgen Klopp has taken issue with his players' display against Southampton despite bagging a huge 4-0 win over the Saints on Saturday, November 27.

Diogo Jota struck a stunning brace to hand the Reds a two-goal lead shortly after the half-hour mark, with Thiago Alacantara and Virgil van Dijk scoring in either side of the break to inspire Liverpool to victory.

But while reflecting on the victory, Klopp once again proved he is the ultimate perfectionist as he chastised his charges for giving away too many chances.
