Brazilian football legend Ronaldinho recently opened up on his career in a brutally honest interview, where he talked about the “What ifs”.

The 41-year-old is arguably the most renowned name in football and during his time, he won hearts with his iconic skills on the ball.

For a period, he shone brighter than anybody, especially between 2004 and 2006, when he was at his prime at Barcelona.

Having joined the Catalan giants in 2003, Ronaldinho went on to help them clinch two La Liga titles and a Champions League.

In spite of all the success and talent, there were stories of Ronaldinho’s tendency to indulge too much in parties and women, and some pundits claimed this was one of the reasons for the decline in his career once he left Barcelona.

While speaking to Le Parisien as carried by Diario AS, however, Ronaldinho addressed the issue of his partying as he claimed he was happy at how his career turned out.

Here's what Ronaldinho said

Asked whether his career would have gone better if he remained focus, Ronaldinho said:

“No! I’m completely happy with everything that’s happened to me. God gave me a lot. I’m lucky to have experienced very happy moments, so I wouldn’t change a thing.”

Ronaldinho left Barcelona for AC Milan in 2008 at a time when Lionel Messi was coming of age in the La Liga.

As far as partying is concerned, Ronaldinho has maintained his lifestyle and was more recently spotted with the likes of Paul Pogba making merry in Miami during the pre season.

Legit.ng earlier reported that Paris Saint-Germain star Lionel Messi was spotted with his former Barcelona teammate Ronaldinho as both legends reunited in Paris, SunSport reports.

Recall that the Brazilian sensation famously assisted Messi with his first professional goal for Catalan club Barcelona back in May 2005, helping his ‘little brother’ to grow.

They looked to have missed each other sch o muas they linked up after Ronaldinho visited Parc des Princes as a guest last week during a Champions League clash with RB Leipzig.
