Super Eagles striker Taiwo Awoniyi on Sunday evening, October 24, continued with his impressive performance so far for Union Berlin netting in their 1-1 away draw at Stuttgart.

Taiwo Awoniyi is no doubt one of the best strikers this season in Europe considering how he has been helping Union Berlin in all competitions.

Union Berlin traveled to Stuttgart with the hopes of them getting the win as Taiwo Awoniyi gave them the lead in the 31st minute.

According to the report on GOAL and Soccernet, the visitors went into the dressing room with a 1-0 lead thanks to Taiwo Awoniyi's effort.

What happened in the second half?

Stuttgart players came out stronger in the second half looking for equalizer against Taiwo Awoniyi and his teammates, but they were unable to get it until the the death.

18-year-old Danish footballer Wahid Faghir scored the goal that gave Stuttgart one point in the Bundesliga encounter.

Taiwo Awoniyi has now scored seven League goals this season for Stuttgart and the Nigerian striker is ready to continue his impressive game this term while speaking to Legit.ng.

The former Liverpool striker has been superb so far this season for Union Berlin netting four goals in four matches which is an incredible achievement for the Nigerian superstar.

According to the post the Nigerian striker made available on his official social media page, Taiwo Awoniyi praised Apostle Selman for spiritual help.
