Perrino grew through the ranks at Parma having played in their youth team before joining lower league sides like Sapri, Ebolitana, Battipagliese, Turris, Real Poggiomarino, and a few others.

He rejoined Parma in 2012 while they were still in the topflight but he never made any official appearance for them.

The former midfielder represented his country in the Italy Lega Pro U-21 team and the national under-21 C team.

Parma couldn't avoid relegation from the Serie A last season after finishing 20th on the table with 20 points after 38 matches.

Legit.ng earlier reported that the African football family has been thrown into mourning following the untimely death of Zimbabwe legend, Butler Masango.

Coach Butler as he was fondly referred to was based in South Africa as the technical director and Soccer Scout at Talent Focus Elite Coaching in Johannesburg.
